ESOP stands for Employee Stock Ownership Plan. An ESOP grants company stock to employees based on the duration of their employment. This enables our employees to participate in the growth and prosperity of the company, while providing a succession plan that maintains company culture. Visual Interest is thrilled to be the only Rep in the state of Colorado that is an ESOP
